In order for a woman to live her best life, she must experience Optimal Wellness. We call it SHEwellness. SHEwellness is an integral component of SHEnergy's core Mission. We work to Enhance the "Whole Woman" in All Aspects of her life. 

 

Every aspect of The SHEnergized SisStarhood "Free Your Mid!" Wellness Retreat is strategically designed to facilitate SHEnergy's mission and the ABC's of A SHEnergized Life!!

The Full Retreat Experience kicks off at 6PM on Friday evening, but we will have Pre-Retreat activities on Friday morning as well. Your Retreat Registration covers the cost of two hotel nights! You can book an extra hotel room night if you want to be a part of the Pre-Retreat activities!
