At-A-Glance
Every year, we begin anew by returning to what grounds us. Rooted & Renewed is an intimate, soul-centered SHEnergized SisStarhood experience created to help us pause, breathe, reflect, and realign as we step into a new year together. This gathering is designed for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves and God, and move forward with clarity, peace, and purpose.

This scripture serves as the spiritual foundation of our SHEnergized SisStarhood and the guiding thread of this experience.
This year, SisStars will experience a four-day experience rooted in rest, reflection, sisterhood, and renewal.
Through sunrise devotionals, journaling, laughter, creative expression, games, nourishing meals, and meaningful conversation, we will deepen our roots and emerge renewed—mind, body, and spirit.
This experience is about presence over pressure, connection over consumption, and rest as resistance. It is sacred space to exhale, to be held in sisterhood, and to begin the year aligned with what truly matters.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
This scripture reminds us that renewal flows from trust, and true strength comes from being deeply rooted in God’s guidance.
Rooted

We root ourselves not in circumstances, titles, roles, or responsibilities—but in God Himself, the true source of stability and strength.
“Lean not on your own understanding.” We release the need to control, overanalyze, and carry everything alone, letting go of the patterns that keep us spiritually uprooted.
Renewed
“In all your ways submit to Him.”
Through surrender, we open ourselves to clarity, peace, and restoration, allowing God to realign our hearts and steps.
“He will make your paths straight.”
Renewal brings fresh direction, renewed vision, and confidence to move forward into the year ahead—guided, grounded, and grace-filled.
