The mission of SHEnergy is to Energize, Educate, Emotionally Engage & Empower women to take their lives to higher levels of excellence through building mutually beneficial alliances with like-minded women of Excellence. In order for a woman to live her best life, she must experience Optimal Wellness. We call it SHEwellness. SHEwellness is an integral component of SHEnergy's core Mission. We work to Enhance the "Whole Woman" in All Aspects of her life. 

 

Every aspect of The SHEnergized SisStarhood "Living Life Out Loud" Wellness Retreat is strategically designed to facilitate SHEnergy's mission and the ABC's of A SHEnergized Life!!

The Pre-Retreat activities kick-off on Thursday morning. You can spend time connecting with other women of excellence during a professional development experience, you can indulge yourself in rejuvenating spa activities, or you can do a little of both!

The Full Retreat Experience kicks off at 6PM on Friday evening, but we will have Pre-Retreat activities on Friday morning as well. Your Retreat Registration covers the cost of two hotel nights! You can book an extra hotel room night if you want to be a part of the Pre-Retreat activities!
